Pet owners hold their pets during Dr. Gower’s examination, and all treatments are performed with the owner at the pet’s side, fully engaging them to decrease pet anxiety and fear.
Appointments are spaced hourly to ensure privacy, thoroughness, comfort, and adequate time to explain diagnoses and discuss the appropriate treatment plan.
